Born in Arlington, VA and raised along the sun-soaked shores of Belleair, FL, Justin Helmus brings a rare combination of local roots, academic rigor, and 16+ years of elite production to the Gulf Coast real estate market. A proud alumnus of Clearwater Central Catholic High School and Florida Gulf Coast University, Justin holds both a B.S. in Marketing and an M.B.A. in Finance — a dual foundation that shapes his distinctly analytical yet creative approach to buying and selling real estate.

Justin has consistently ranked among the top 1% of producers in Tampa Bay, year after year, with a track record that includes some of the highest-priced residential and condominium sales in the region. His notable achievements include the highest-priced condominium sale on Clearwater Beach and the highest-priced residential sale in Belleair for their respective years — milestones that reflect both his market mastery and his ability to deliver results at the highest levels of the luxury segment.

On the operational side of things, Justin has vast experience with building and growing real estate companies, mergers and acquisitions, recruitment, and business development.
